As we come close to the end of another year, it’s time to be grateful for our blessings (you hear that from a lot of people, and it’s true!).

However, it’s also time for many of us to reflect on where we are, how we’ve gotten here, and what our future holds for us.

There are many “life events” that can cause us to think about moving to a new home. For the purposes in this article, let’s focus on a specific set of circumstances where at least one member of the household is at least 55 years old.

Are you at a point where the house you have is simply too large for your current needs? Maybe going up and down stairs is no longer your thing?

Is it important to you to save money on property taxes?

Do you still consider yourself somewhat active, and enjoy a variety of activities?

Would you like to be close to all that the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex has to offer, while feeling like you have your own piece of paradise?

One great answer that we’ve found is Del Webb’s Frisco Lakes located in Frisco, Texas off of FM 423. It is an age restricted (1 resident at least 55 years old) active adult community.
