Generally, people who see and talk to me don’t think of me as a salesperson, even though I’ve had a real estate sales agent license from the state of Texas since 2012. Truth is, I don’t think of myself as a salesperson either!
Before real estate, I was a computer programmer / systems analyst / software developer. But, I didn’t really think of myself as a “computer geek" either!
So what am I? Well, I like to think of myself as an “opportunity realization specialist”. My passion is in helping people achieve their goals with a fast and easy process, regardless of the platform or industry. And, since 2012, that’s meant helping home buyers find their next home, negotiated at the best price and terms, and helping home sellers sell their home, netting them the most amount of money.
In our area there are lots of people who have real estate licenses (and that’s an understatement!). Some are “part time”, and others are full time. Probably most “want” to do a good job for their buyer and seller clients, while there are those that are driven by the number of transactions they close.
Personally, I want to be different, and I want to make a difference. I want to be a trusted advisor and consultant. For that reason, I undertook the required additional training and passed the tests to become a Certified Home Selling Advisor® and a Certified Expert Advisor® from the National Association of Expert Advisors (NAEA). The training and certifications allowed me access to a proven, repeatable system that ensures that all 100+ items in the home selling process are properly covered to the full benefit of my clients.
I would love to talk with you more about what I do and, most importantly, how I can help you achieve your goals with the highest amount of professionalism (and without overloading on the salesmanship!). For more information, please feel free to call me, or message me. I serve the entire DFW area, especially the northern suburbs.
